NLB Services, a global provider of digital talent solutions and technology, has disclosed its investment in Humanize.
The technology solutions company has received an undisclosed sum of money from NLB Services. The majority of this investment will be allocated to the expansion of the workforce, the development of the AI platform, the establishment of CoEs, and the scalability of technology and R&D.
Humanize, which is headquartered in the United States, will initially concentrate on India, the Middle East, the United States, and the Global Capability Centre.

In the long term, the company plans to investigate international markets such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, the Nordics, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Humanize also intends to employ over 100 interns during its initial years of operation, in accordance with the Indian Government’s Viksit Bharat Scheme, which was instituted in the Union Budget 2024-2025.

NLB’s global talent acquisition capabilities and expertise in Digital, Analytics, and Infrastructure are well-positioned to establish Humanize as a leader. Within the first five years of operations, we are looking at onboarding 80-100 customers and building an 800-1000 people team. Our revenue mix will significantly shift towards a non-linear model from Year 3 onwards, leveraging our AI platform.”
