9Unicorns has announced the opening of its second fund. 9Unicorns will now go by 100Unicorns as a result of this rebranding.
Part of the multistage investment business Venture Catalysts Group, 100Unicorns has opened its second accelerator fund, 100Unicorns Fund II, with a $200 million target and a $100 million greenshoe option.

100Unicorns Fund I (formerly 9Unicorns) made investments in a number of firms in its inaugural fund, including Videoverse, Trunativ, ZyppElectric, Renee Cosmetics, and IGP.
In the initial round, it offers $300,000 to $1 million in capital to startups in addition to business, product, and fundraising support. The next steps involve raising $500,000 to $2 million in rounds with additional investors.
